Understand first, then decide

IT strategy
on a reliable basis.

Our IT consulting in Berlin does not reach for all-in packages: we look at systems, processes and goals as a whole and turn them into an IT strategy that fits the budget and daily business of mid-sized companies and enterprises.

What we do for you

From inventory
to a basis for decisions.

Inventory IT strategy Architecture Licensing Budget Project planning
01

IT inventory

We record systems, contracts, licences, dependencies and risks and record the actual operating state, including where the documentation differs.

02

Goals and requirements

Conversations with management and business units, so that IT planning is aligned with your company goals.

03

Target architecture

A picture of how infrastructure and virtualisation (Citrix Hypervisor, VMware), Microsoft 365, security and business applications should work together in future, including the reasoning.

04

Roadmap and budget

Measures prioritised, with effort, sequence and dependencies. You can identify which measures take priority and which can follow later.

05

Licensing and contract advice

Review of licensing models, maintenance contracts and supplier contracts for fit and cost.

06

Support through delivery

On request we take over project management or support your internal IT, so that the roadmap is implemented.

How we work

From the first question
to a decision paper.

A typical sequence for organisations with 20 to 500 workplaces. Scope and duration are agreed together after the inventory.

  1. Step 1

    Kickoff

Clarify goals, stakeholders, constraints and access.

  2. Step 2

    Inventory

Record systems, licences, contracts, security and processes.

  3. Step 3

    Assessment

Sort risks, gaps and opportunities, align first recommendations.

  4. Step 4

    Roadmap

Measures, sequence, effort and budget in a decision paper.

  5. Step 5

    Delivery

Project start, ongoing support or handover to your team.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions
about IT consulting.

Do you work vendor-neutral?

Yes. We are partners of several manufacturers, but we recommend what fits your situation. Where a recommendation is tied to a partner status, we say so openly.

We have our own IT department. Is consulting still worthwhile?

Often yes. Internal teams know the systems best, but rarely have time for architecture and budget work. We add capacity and an outside perspective without taking over responsibility.

What does an IT inventory cost?

The effort is determined individually according to scope and company size. After the initial consultation you receive a quotation as the basis for your decision.

Do you deliver the roadmap yourselves as well?

Yes. You can deliver the roadmap with us or with your existing service provider. The recommendation stands regardless of who carries it out.

The next step starts with a conversation.

The initial consultation is without obligation.
