Stay reachable.
With a system that grows with you.
3CX phone system for mid-sized businesses in Berlin and Brandenburg: we advise, plan, set up and operate your phone system, in the cloud or on your premises. With extensions, call queues, voice menu, softphone and app, connected to Microsoft Teams and your CRM. As a long-standing 3CX partner we supply licences and services from a single source.
From the extension
to the call queue.
Consulting and planning
We capture how your company uses the phone: sites, departments, numbers, availability, home office. The result is a concept with an operating model (cloud or on-premises), a numbering plan and the SIP trunk of your provider, or our recommendation on request, matched to your network. You obtain the 3CX licences through us.
Extensions, ring groups and call queues
Every workplace gets its extension, teams get ring groups, reception and support get call queues with announcements, hold music, distribution rules and overflow. Calls end up where someone answers.
Voice menu, announcements and time rules
IVR with a selection menu, greeting, opening hours, public holiday switching and forwarding outside service hours. You can maintain the announcements yourself later.
Softphone, app and home office
3CX client for Windows, iOS and Android, plus desk phones as needed. An extension in the home office behaves like one in the office: same number, same queues, same presence.
Microsoft 365, Teams and CRM
Integration with Microsoft Teams for calls from the Teams client, presence and contacts from Microsoft 365, caller identification and click-to-dial from your CRM, for example vTiger. A fax server for receiving faxes as PDF on request.
Migration, operations and maintenance
Replacement of ISDN and legacy systems with number porting and no loss of reachability. Afterwards updates, monitoring, changes to extensions and queues, on request as part of a maintenance contract.
From the survey
to the running system.
A typical sequence for a new or replaced phone system. We define scope and dates after the survey and plan the number porting so that you remain reachable.
- Step 1
Survey
Capture sites, extensions, numbers, call routes, opening hours, the existing system and lines.
- Step 2
Concept
Define operating model, SIP trunk, numbering plan, call queues, voice menu, devices and integrations.
- Step 3
Setup
Install 3CX or provision it in the cloud, configure extensions and rules, roll out devices and apps.
- Step 4
Cut-over
Test operation alongside the old system, number porting on the agreed date, briefing for your staff.
- After that
Operations
Updates, monitoring, changes and extensions to the agreed scope, with named contacts.
Frequently asked questions
about the 3CX phone system.
Cloud or on-premises: which suits us?
Both. DEVACON offers 3CX as a cloud phone system and as an on-premises system, and in both cases you obtain the 3CX licences through us. In the cloud there is no hardware of your own, we provide and operate the system, and it is reachable from every site and from the home office. On-premises, the system runs on a server or virtual machine at your site, which can make sense with particular requirements for data storage or an existing infrastructure. We make a recommendation after the survey, not before.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Existing numbers are ported to the new SIP trunk. We plan the porting so that the old system keeps running until the cut-over date and you remain reachable throughout.
Does the phone system work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. 3CX can be integrated with Microsoft Teams so that staff make calls from the Teams client and use presence and contacts from Microsoft 365. Call queues, announcements and rules stay in 3CX.
What applies to call recording?
3CX can record calls. Whether and how you may use this is a legal question: in Germany, recording requires the consent of everyone on the call and information for your staff, plus the GDPR requirements for storage and deletion. We set up the technology to your specification; you agree the legal assessment with your data protection advisor.
What happens to our ISDN system?
Network operators no longer offer ISDN, and legacy systems often only run via adapters. We replace the system with 3CX on a SIP trunk and carry over numbers, extensions and call routes. Fax remains possible via a fax server.
Can we obtain the 3CX licences through you as well?
Yes. DEVACON is a long-standing 3CX partner and supplies licences and services together: consulting, setup, operations and the right 3CX licence for your number of simultaneous calls. Renewals and extensions also run through us.
What happens after the setup?
On request we take over operations: updates, monitoring, changes to extensions, queues and announcements, with named contacts and service hours Mon to Fri, 9 am to 5 pm. After the briefing you can also make smaller adjustments such as announcements and schedules yourself.
Your phone system, planned and operated.
We start with a survey of your sites, numbers and call routes.
