Your tasks
- You assess our customers' IT, evaluate systems and processes and develop recommendations for architecture, licensing and budget.
- You plan and deliver projects in Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, networking and IT security through to handover into operations.
- You are the contact for customers during projects and in daily operations and work closely with our support team and software development.
- You document results in a traceable way and train users and administrators.
Your profile
- Completed IT training or degree, or comparable practical experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualisation and networks; IT security knowledge is welcome.
- Structured way of working, clear communication with departments and management.
- Very good German, English for documentation and vendor contact.

- You win new customers and look after existing ones for our services: managed IT services, Microsoft 365, IT security, networking and phone systems.
- You prepare quotes together with our consultants, lead negotiations and see deals through to signature.
- You maintain contacts, quotes and deals in the CRM and keep the sales process traceable.
- You represent DEVACON at customer meetings, vendor events and trade fairs.
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training or degree, ideally with experience in selling IT services or software.
- Understanding of IT topics and the ability to explain them clearly to decision-makers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, independent way of working.
- Very good German, confident use of Microsoft 365.

Back office
Back-office employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You process orders: purchasing from vendors and distributors, goods receipt, delivery notes and invoicing.
- You manage licences, contracts and renewals for our customers and keep track of deadlines.
- You are the first point of contact by phone and email, record enquiries and pass them on to support, sales or consulting.
- You support management with scheduling, preparatory bookkeeping and general office organisation.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable practical experience.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Organisational talent, diligence and a friendly, reliable manner with customers and suppliers.
- Very good German, English for contact with vendors.
