Can existing mailboxes and data be migrated?
Yes. Together we clarify which mailboxes, archives and files should be migrated. The migration path depends on your existing environment, for example Exchange, Google Workspace or local file servers, and on the data volumes.
Does DEVACON support us after the rollout as well?
Yes. We support daily operations, help your employees and evolve the environment with your requirements. The scope is agreed in a maintenance or managed service contract.
Is Microsoft Copilot included automatically?
No. Copilot is an add-on licence. We review need, data access and permissions with you before you buy licences, because Copilot sees everything the user is allowed to see.
What about data protection and the GDPR?
We configure the EU data location, retention policies, Purview classification and permission concepts so they are documented and traceable, for data protection officers and auditors too.
