eMODAT for Android: mobile handover protocols
eMODAT is available as an Android app: mobile handover protocols for apartment inspections, construction reports and checklists with photos and signature.
eMODAT, the solution for mobile checklists, is also available as an app for Android. Users create their own forms with it, for example for property handovers, and digitise their workflows.
Four versions in the Google Play Store
Four versions of the app are available for download in the Google Play Store. Their pre-installed forms each have a different focus: property handover, construction report, checklist and forms. These forms can be used straight away. Above all, they show what a mobile workflow can do, so that users design their own forms to suit their requirements.
Custom forms with database connection
Users create their own forms independently in the backend system and synchronise them with various databases. The field employee opens the form with the data from the database on site in the app and assigns it to the right customer. Assignment takes place directly on the device, which speeds up the process considerably compared with a PDF form.
Property handover with the app
Depending on how the form is built, the employee inserts images during the handover, has the protocol signed on the smartphone or tablet and sends the finished report to the company. They receive a copy as a PDF by email and can forward it. Handovers are archived centrally and can be found using a search function. The entire process is completed in a single step.
