With the eMODAT form editor, you create mobile forms without any programming knowledge. The finished form is transferred to the eMODAT app and completed there on mobile devices.

Designing the form in the editor

In the form editor, you set up field types such as text fields, dropdown lists and radio buttons and define the workflow of the form. The editor requires no programming knowledge. Staff without a technical background can create forms with it as well.

Using the form in the app

The finished form is imported into the eMODAT app. Users complete it directly on their mobile devices. All entries are synchronised automatically and displayed in real time on a central dashboard. This gives you an overview of all submitted forms and lets you respond quickly to problems.
