- Open Control Panel
- Press ⊞ Win + R, type

and hit Enter - Or search for “Control Panel” in the Start menu
- Press ⊞ Win + R, type
- Go to Programs and Features
- Click Programs → Programs and Features
- View Installed Updates
- In the left sidebar, click View installed updates
- Locate and Uninstall the Updates
- In the search box at the top right, enter each KB number and press Enter:
- KB5002745
- KB5002590
- When the update appears, select it and choose Uninstall
- In the search box at the top right, enter each KB number and press Enter:
- Restart Your PC
- After both updates are removed, reboot your computer to apply the changes
- Test the Dictation Feature
- Open Word 2016, start speech recognition, and verify that dictated text is now being inserted

ProDictate Online can be used with a stationary voice recorder or with a headset.
Multiple vocabularys can be used in ProDictate Online. These vocabularys must be made available at ProDictate to the respective user.
After opening the ProDictate Online application, select the desired vocabulary from the menu "Vocabulary".

The log files are located at the server at the following folder:
