With the new Citrix Virtual Apps update (VDA version 1912.0.5000.5174), some applications such as ProRecorder and ProDictate had to be adjusted due to occasional session ID changes caused by the update. However, these issues did not occur with the previous VDA version, 1912.0.0.24265.
Fortunately, the issues have been resolved with the latest update, allowing organizations to upgrade to the latest version of Citrix Virtual App without experiencing these glitches. We strongly recommend that our customers keep their software up-to-date to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements.
